Hamari Pahchan is a Delhi, India based NGO that works dedicatedly within the domain of poverty alleviation by working with students from underserved communities to administer skills that positively contribute to education and employability. The instructors at Hamari Pahchan engage in this mission through avenues such as curricular education, skill development, and improving digital literacy.

LetsCode will partner with Hamari Pahchan with respect to their digital literacy goals by improving their computer infrastructure, designing their coding curriculum, and administering this curriculum for their student community.  

Hamari Pahchan's Other Initiatives

In addition to their educational pursuits, Hamari Pahchan works across several other domains including, but not limited to; medical and social support for the elderly to alleviate issues such as geriatric depression and elderly abuse; skilling programs working with older individuals to bolster employment opportunities through the provision of vocational training; and their dedicated women’s health initiative, Sukhad, which addresses issues around menstrual health awareness and stigma, facilitating the donation of kits containing sanitary napkins, soaps, and sanitizers. Additionally, Hamari Pahchan also does valuable work with respect to food security for malnourished children in India.
